Welcome Page (Business Summary)After logging in, the restaurant managers are taken to a summary page. This page provides summary information about their account, orders and a brief order history. Just by remaining on this screen, the managers can monitor the activity being performed through KP (incoming orders, delivered orders, orders on hold, rejected orders, cancelled orders and a lot more). Manage AccountThis page allows the managers to update information about their restaurants. This information includes contact person details, uploading restaurant logo, define the tax options and set a global discount (if on offer). In addition, the managers can also mark their restaurants as "Online" (open for business) or "Offline" (closed for business). Manage OutletsAt KP, a restaurant is the brand and the business is carried through outlets. This means that there will be atleast one outlet for every restaurant. For brands with multiple outlets, the managers can administer the outlets using this section. The manager can mark individual outlets as active/inactive, set their delivery localities and also define if an outlet is delivery or take-away only. Manage Restaurant TimingsThis section enables the restaurant manager to define restaurant business timings. This section gives the flexibility to assign different timings for individual weekdays. The manager can also define the value for an estimated order completion time assuming an order with normal items upto ten servings. User ManagementThis section enables the restaurant manager to create/edit/delete users for the system. The users are specially helpful if the restaurant has multiple outlets, and the administrator can assign access over individual outlets. Change PasswordThis section is pretty straight forward. The administrators can change their password by providing their current and new passwords. This section is especially helpful to set an easily remembered password as opposed to the password that is initially generated by KP. Menu BuilderThis section enables the restaurant manager to manage menu categories, manage menu items and prices within those categories and manage add-ons. The manager can then set add-ons which are applicaple to individual menu items. The manager can also mark individual menu items or add-ons as inactive to remove them temporarily from being ordered. Deal BuilderThe restaurant manager can manage special deals using this section. A deal can also be set as inactive to remove it temporarily from restaurant menu displayed to the customers. Manage Daily OrdersThis section displays a list of outlets that are assigned to the login user. Selecting an outlet will display the orders placed for that outlet. Selecting any order populates its detail, which also includes the customer detail helping the restaurant user identify fraudelent orders. The restaurant user will mark the order as approved, completed, delivered as appropriate and the customer can see the updated status of their order on their screens Feedback ListCustomers can post their comments, complements or complaints (COM3) using a feedback mechanism. The list of those feedbacks initiated by the customers will be displayed in this section. The managers can also search for a particular feedback by the order number (against which the feedback was initiated) and the list can also be filtered by a date range. Respond to a FeedbackThis section displays detail of a particular feedback. This section can be reached by clicking a feedback from the feedback list page. The manager can post a reply and can also close the ticket from here. |
