4. I don’t have any shop, but I am a cook and want to cater food, would I be the member and open up my virtual restaurant?

Yes, off course you are not required to have a restaurant space or a shop; you can provide catering from home. Home users are most welcome to open a restaurant through KhaoPeyo.com.

5. How can I get the membership?

Very easy steps to register on KhaoPeyo.com

Step 1: Click on the link to become a member on ‘Home’ page.

Step 2: Provide the information required on the ‘Register your Restaurant’ page. Please, try to enter the unique preferred ‘user id’ by which you need to be logged in the system and correct email address.

Step 3: Click on ‘Register Me’ button to submit the application.

Step 4: Check your inbox for the confirmation email.

Step 5: Wait for the acceptance of your application. The KhaoPeyo team will soon send you the offers and UserId and Password to start your restaurant.

6. Why I need to select the membership offers?

To start getting orders you need to select a package; offers from the KhaoPeyo admin for your restaurant. Membership offers will be sent by the admin as soon as you submit the application to register your restaurant.

7. How many membership offers are there?

The number of these offers can be changed; they can be updated by the KhaoPeyo admin at any time.

8. How can I upgrade my membership package?

You can easily upgrade yourself to the next offer under the rules specified by the KhaoPeyo admin.

Restaurants and Outlets

1. How many outlets can I open for my brand?

The number of outlets is depending upon the package you have chosen, the number is fixed for every membership type. See the membership offers.

2. How many of my employees can use this portal?

Any number of employees at your restaurant can use the system. It depends upon the management of the restaurant.

3. Who should I employ to use this portal?

The person should be an internet user and computer literate. Can easily use the website.

4. If I have 5 outlets and I want to close any outlet what should I do?

You can mark any outlet as ‘deactivated’ from the ‘outlet management’ page.

5. If I want to delete the outlet from the system?

You cannot delete any created outlet from the system. You can only mark it as ‘deactivated’ from the ‘outlet management’ page

6. For sometime I want my restaurant to be closed, what should I need to do then?

You can easily go offline for sometime. You can mark it as ‘deactivated’ from the ‘Account’ page

Payment and Pricing

1. What is the fee for using KhaoPeyo?

KhaoPeyo is absolutely free of cost for all consumers it says ‘Freedom to eat’.

2. How is the menu pricing determined?

Menu prices can be seen against every menu and the prices of all the restaurants are same as on the restaurants.

3. Is there a minimum to order?

Yes, you can find the minimum order restriction against every restaurant, it will b the restaurant policy for the delivery of the food. The minimum order limit is different for every restaurant.

4. How much should I tip for delivery?

No, not at all. It’s up to the customers.

5. What is the payment mode?

The payment mode is cash on delivery.
